Doctor Plumber saved my air conditioning system

I called on three companies to come look at my air conditioning system two of the three told me it would cost me the same amount of money to repair the system as it would be to just replace it . One of the two had never even seen he said “anything like this before”.

I had Dr.Plumber come take a look at my system being the last company to look at it i figured he would say the same thing . Chris the owner of Dr.Plumber took a look at my system and with determination stopped me from replacing the unit and assured me it could be repaired with a little tune-up and cleaning had my air flow chilled in about four hours with all labor his price was a little more than a couple of hundred but far from seven to ten thousand in quotes i received from others .Being the last company i called this company is now the first company i will call in the future thanks again for everything .

Got the job done and fast response

Came home friday after work to find my wife vacuuming up water in the living room and heard water spraying from my ceiling I had no idea what to do so i went online found Doctor plumber . Whithin minutes doctor plumber advised me on how to shut my water off in my house right over the phone , I spoke to one plumber before the doctor and they wouldn’t give me any info . When these guys showed up they also showed me not only respect but also gave me a coupon discount you can say i found my plumbing company they were very clean which i liked. thanks for the quick response .

I’ve been an owner of multiple properties for over 15yrs.I’ve gone through more plumbers than I can count.A close friend of mine,who also is a property owner,knew that I wasnt entirely happy with my current plumbers services.He recommended that I give his plumber a call who had done plenty of good work on several of his properties.So I gave Dr.plumber a call.From the beginning I could tell from our conversation that these were honest hardworking plumbers.They immediately answered the phone And it wasnt a machine it was an actual person.And the person actually knew what they were talking about.We made an appointment to meet the same day at one of my properties and again they were very knowledgeable in their trade.Being a property owner myself I know a little about plumbing,and can tell when someone is winging it.Since then i’ve used them several times on different occasions and their work is impeccable.My tenants even like them.Plumbers always leave a mess.These guys clean before they leave,are very quiet while they’re working and always respect my tenants.Bottom line,as long as i’m in business these will be my go to Guys.I only wish that I had them 15yrs. ago.

Recently moved into my new home and wanted to do some upgrading throughout my house new shower valve, new washer machine valve,and some new bathroom faucets. I am new to the area and found when i called alot of top plumbing companies there prices and free quotes were outrageous prices with no experience in this i saw doctor plumbers website and gave them a call they were the most professional plumbers that i had ever seen they estimated the cost for $99.00 dollars then rolled it into the bill. Two years ago I had a Plumbing and Heating Contractor install a High-Efficiency Viesman boiler.One morning my wife wakes me up at 6:00a.m. and asks me if the heat was even on.We checked and realized that something was wrong with our boiler.We immediately phoned the Contracter who had originally installed the unit.He never even called us back.We found Dr.plumbers ad and noticed the promise of savings and emergency service.We called them and within the hour they were at my door.They quickly found the problem,tracked down the parts,and had our heat up and running in no time.Afterwards they showed us exactly what they did.I’m 68yrs old and know absolutely nothing about boilers.But they answered all of our questions politely and went over the itemized bill from top to bottom,showing us two different areas where we saved a substantial amount of money.And they didn’t charge on any emergency fee’s either even though it was saturday morning.Very happy with these gentlemen and there impeccable and satisfactory service.My wife and I highly recommend these professionals.

Broken water heater and bathroom drainage clogged

I woke up in the morning to get ready for work to find that I had absolutely no hot water.My friend had used Dr.plumber a couple of times, was impressed by their outstanding service,and recommended them to me.I called them at 7:00am and at 7:30am on the dot they were at my door.Which was great because I still had to get to work.They quickly replaced my Water Heater and gave me a great deal on the entire service.While they were replacing my Water Heater I also mentioned to them that the drain in my bathtub and my bathroom sink were very slow to drain.One of the plumbers unclogged both of my bathroom drains while the other finished installing my new Water Heater. Afterwards they quickly explained how to operate and properly maintain my Water Heater.Their service was first rate.I couldnt ask for more.Oh yeah,and I made it to my meeting at work on time.

Heating boiler failed no one new how to troubleshoot it correctly

Call the Doctor the first time!

I had been dealing with a blockage in my drains, and used many plumbers who provided temporary relief, but the problem would always return. Doctor Plumber identified the problem and permanently fixed it. I will never call another plumbing company again, and would strongly recommend him to anyone!
